Memberships are available to individuals, families, businesses, and organizations. Organizations interested in GDAC membership should contact GDAC for additional information about specific requirements and benefits. Our work would not be possible without the support of our members. Please join in helping to bring arts and culture into our community.
Mission: GDAC helps artists, arts and cultural organizations and community groups promote, sustain and enhance all of the arts including painting, sculpture, crafts, design, music, theater, dance, poetry and literature.

Your membership in the GDAC enables us to offer our community these outstanding arts experiences:
Education: GDAC recognizes that arts programs are essential in the intellectual growth of our school children. Partnering with the support of area universities and arts organizations, GDAC offers educational opportunities from elementary school through high school.
Examples: Getting Started with the Arts, SuperArts Saturdays, Summer Art Camp, Congressional Student Art Competition
Exhibitions: The Meadows, Gough and Murchison Galleries offer over 300 Days of outstanding exhibitons. These offerings are free and open to the public.
Events: It's in the Bag, The Holiday Gala, Wild Beast Feast
Enrichment: Docent led tours, poetry readings, lectures, workshops, musical offerings
Celebrations: Community Arts Recognition Award, opening receptions, preserving the Fry Street Mural
Outreach: Holiday Lighting Festival, Public Art Committee, Mural at the Children's Advocacy Center

Those joining at the $1000+ level receive a discount in rental of CVA.

Over one million dollars returned to our community in the last 30 years.
The Arts Guild of Denton helps to raise these funds with their annual arts auction.
